His long-standing residence and professional experience give him a deep understanding of the community’s needs. David is a commercial construction contractor by day, holding certificates with the army core of engineers. His daily interactions are dealing with municipalities and their construction projects, contracts, contract, negotiation, product procurement and the maintaining of them. Project profile includes SeaTac, port of Seattle, port of Everett, local hospital districts. University of Washington, and King County Metro.
